How to get there
The Coyote Classic has set aside this area east of Old Pueblo Hall for overnight RV or day-of-show Box Van parking for the period of <b>Monday, November 10th departing as late as Tuesday, November 18th, 2025</b>. During this period, you must purchase parking through the Coyote Classic if you want to park on the fairgrounds. For parking outside of this time range, please contact the fairgrounds directly. Description:
- 5 night minimum, 30 feet or longer!
- 5 nights: $450 pre-closing; $500 after closing
- 6 nights: $510 pre-closing; $560 after closing
- 7 nights: $570 pre-closing; $620 after closing
- 8 nights: $630 pre-closing; $680 after closing
- For overnight RV parking or day-of-show Box Van that prefer this location
- Surface: Asphalt.
- Width restriction: 20-25’ including slides
- Length restriction: 45’
- Electric provided: 50 amp in shared pedestal
- Water and sewer available
- Ground cover recommended
- Close to indoor conformation, group rings, and reserved grooming; direct access to outdoor conformation rings.
Additional Info:
- Only one vehicle/trailer may use Fairgrounds power per parking space.
- There will be no parking refunds or changes permitted after noon PT, October 29, 2025. To request a refund, email parking2025@coyoteclassic.org.
- There will be a 4% non-refundable processing fee charged for online RV parking reservations.
- INSUFFICIENT PAYMENT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A VALID RESERVATION
- The Coyote Classic will make every effort to provide a suitable space in the parking zone you have selected. However, we reserve the right to move you to another zone if we deem it necessary. Any price difference will be refunded.
By submitting this form, I am acknowledging that: I agree to the terms as described above. I understand that this reservation cannot be guaranteed for any particular space and that I will accept the space assigned to me. I further understand that the overnight parking is a privilege extended by the Coyote Classic and that they assume no responsibility for fire, theft, damage or loss of any other kind to any vehicle or its contents. The Coyote Classic and its member clubs reserve the right to withdraw this privilege, without refund of fees, from any person who resorts to arguing, abusive language or other tactics. Such actions may be subject to Events Committee action. I will abide by all rules and policies of the Coyote Classic Dog Show, Member clubs and the Pima County Fairgrounds regarding parking at this show site and all directions of the Parking Committee.
