The Coyote Classic has set aside this area northeast of Old Pueblo Hall and east of the horse barn for overnight <b>vendor RV parking</b> for the period of <b> Monday, November 9th departing as late as Tuesday, November 17th, 2026</b>. During this period, you must purchase parking through the Coyote Classic if you want to park on the fairgrounds. For parking outside of this time range, please contact the fairgrounds directly. Description:

• 1 night: $70 pre-closing; $80 after closing
• 2 nights: $110 pre-closing; $150 after closing
• 3 nights: $190 pre-closing; $220 after closing
• 4 nights: $250 pre-closing; $290 after closing
• 5 nights: $310 pre-closing; $360 after closing
• 6 nights: $360 pre-closing; $420 after closing
• 7 nights: $410 pre-closing; $480 after closing
• 8 nights: $460 pre-closing; $540 after closing
• Surface: Rock
• Width restriction: 25’ including slides
• Length restriction: 50’
• Electric provided: 50 amp;
• Water and sewer available
• Ground cover recommended
• Vendor parking only
• Close to indoor conformation, group rings, and reserved grooming.

Additional Info:

1. Only one vehicle/trailer may use Fairgrounds power per parking space.
2. There will be no parking refunds or changes permitted after noon PT, October 28, 2026. To request a refund, email [email protected].
3. There will be a 4% non-refundable processing fee charged for online RV parking reservations.
4. INSUFFICIENT PAYMENT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A VALID RESERVATION
5. The Coyote Classic will make every effort to provide a suitable space in the parking zone you have selected. However, we reserve the right to move you to another zone if we deem it necessary. Any price difference will be refunded.

1.     For the safety of other RV guests, if you arrive outside of the stated parking hours, you will be directed to a holding lot until parking opens. Hours are:

1. Monday, November 9th 3-7PM
2. Tuesday, November 10th 9AM-5PM (on call only)
3. Wednesday, November 11th 2-9PM
4. Thursday, November 12th 6AM-9PM
5. Friday, November 13th 6AM-9AM and 4PM-6PM, 6PM-9PM (on call only)
6. Saturday, November 14th 9AM-5PM (on call only)
7. Sunday, November 15th 9AM-5PM (on call only)

By submitting this form, I am acknowledging that: I agree to the terms as described above. I understand that this reservation cannot be guaranteed for any particular space and that I will accept the space assigned to me. I further understand that the overnight parking is a privilege extended by the Coyote Classic and that they assume no responsibility for fire, theft, damage or loss of any other kind to any vehicle or its contents. The Coyote Classic and its member clubs reserve the right to withdraw this privilege, without refund of fees, from any person who resorts to arguing, abusive language or other tactics. Such actions may be subject to Events Committee action. I will abide by all rules and policies of the Coyote Classic Dog Show, Member clubs and the Pima County Fairgrounds regarding parking at this show site and all directions of the Parking Committee.
